Terry leads the team as founder and CEO of Future Proof Group, leveraging his 25-years of experience as an entrepreneur, strategic advisor, business owner, executive coach and marketer.
Prior to launching Future Proof Group, Terry was CEO, Digital at The Marketing Arm, a division of Omnicom. He led a 150-person team across four U.S. offices responsible for social, mobile and digital consumer engagement for Fortune 500 companies in entertainment, CPG, energy, healthcare, technology and retail industries. The Marketing Arm, Terry co-founded and led one of the first social media marketing agencies, Fanscape, growing it from an initial $10K investment to an eight figure acquisition by Omnicom. Terry began his career in the music industry culminating with his role as VP, Artist Development at leading label group Interscope / Geffen / A&M (Universal Music Group).
Greg supports the team as CFO/COO of the Future Proof Group, where he taps his previous experience as an operations and financial executive managing technology-driven companies in both the private and public sector.
Greg has scaled businesses from $4M to $200M+ via organic growth and acquisition and has overseen three successful exits of early stage and middle-market companies.
Additionally, Greg has 15-years of advertising and marketing agency experience, working with Fortune 500 brands across multiple industries including tech, e-commerce, sales and digital marketing. A Wharton School of Business graduate, Greg was also a former strategy management consultant.
